Open-House Exhibition 2024
We are pleased to announce that BAUER Equipment America will be hosting our Open-House Exhibition in Conroe, Texas from October 16-18, 2024. We will showcase a range of BAUER equipment, including the GEFCO 40K, offer presentations on the latest drilling techniques, and much more!
This year, our exhibition motto is It’s The Company You Keep. We chose this motto because we not only want to highlight our company, but the customers and guests from all over the world that contribute to the overall success of BAUER Equipment America. This two-day journey will feature many opportunities to learn more about BAUER's products and innovations, connect with our staff and other industry professionals, and explore our Conroe facility and the surrounding areas. Of course, there will be plenty of entertainment and socializing!

Brief Agenda
Day One:
Wednesday, October 16
Guests will arrive at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Conroe, TX. Jewels Stover will teach an in-person Soil Mixing Masterclass at 12:30 p.m. at our Conroe facility, for those that pre-registered. In the evening, we will host a Social Event on the Terrace of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Enjoy cocktails, appetizers, and great conversation, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Day Two:
Thursday, October 17
Shuttles will depart the Hyatt Regency to our Conroe facility at 7:00 a.m. After welcome announcements, we will begin our exhibition with a range of presentations and live equipment demonstrations. We will hear from Bauer Financial Services, Bauer Training Center, and more! After a full day at our facility, we will return to the hotel for a Customer Appreciation Dinner at 6:00 p.m. in the Lonestar Ballroom.
Day Three:
Friday, October 18
Depending on your flight arrangements, sleep in! If you have time to explore the area, we recommend exploring Conroe or taking a quick trip to the neighboring city, The Woodlands. There is also much to see in the Houston area. Regardless, thank you for attending this year's Open House and safe travels home!
